First XI Capital holds a minority investment in historic Italian Football Club via interest in investment company following consulting work with investment group.

On 20th December 2021, a close-knit group of American business people acquired 60% of Cesena FC shares. On November 29, 2022, JRL Investment Partners LLC completed the acquisition of the entire share package and holds 100% of the shares of Cesena FC today.

Home matches are played at Orogel Stadium Dino Manuzzi (20,164 seats), one of the arenas hosting the European Under-21 Championships in Italy in 2019.
