First XI Capital is a sports investment, operations, and advisory portfolio founded by Casey Carr — Charlotte, NC.
We build, operate, and invest in soccer clubs, youth development programs, futsal facilities, and sports brands. We advise investors, entrepreneurs, and operators entering American and global sports markets.
The portfolio includes Charlottetowne Hops FC in the NPSL, First XI Football operating the Carolina Soccer Factory and Carolina Futsal Development Center in Rock Hill SC, and a minority investment in a multi-club ownership structure with professional clubs in the USL Championship, Serie B Italy, and expanding global acquisitions in 2026.
Casey Carr has spent his career on both sides of the table — building and operating his own sports portfolio while advising Scottish Premier League club owners, MLB investors, professional league launches, and global soccer acquisitions.
